Delivery times and charges

All deliveries are made up from stock held on our premises and are dispatched every working day, Monday to Friday.  Online or telephone orders are packed for our couriers who collect in the early afternoon, so for same day dispatch we need to receive your order by half past ten on any given morning. Orders received over the weeknd will be dispatched on Monday.

The standard delivery time when a parcel has left us is two to three days for most of the UK, slightly longer for the Highlands and Islands.  Deliveries are made during the week; so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your goods. We are happy to deliver both to domestic and business or work addresses.

Our charges are straightforward. Smaller items cost three pounds for picking, packing and delivery. Parcels weighing up to thirty kilogrammes cost five pounds; so two thirty kilo parcels will cost ten pounds, and so on.  There are no extra charges if you happen to live in one of the more beautiful, remote or densely populated areas of our country; we charge one price UK- wide.

The total price for your order is calculated as you put items in the shopping basket.  The total you see on the right hand side of the screen is all you will pay, there are no hidden extras, credit charges or anything else.
